From Wrexham, Arthur has worked in the bloodstock industry and first started working for Tom in Cheshire in 2020. In January 2023 he rejoined Tom in Lambourn. He famously got Charlie D, a 1/4 shot, beaten in a charity race at Aintree for Tom.

He runs his own syndicate called Millennial Racing.
